The inaugural WPT Fall Poker Open Championship offers players the quality and professional experience worthy of the WPT name. The event features a $4,750 buy-in plus $250 entry fee to participate in the tournament, plus a $500K guaranteed prize pool.
The WPT Regional Series will continue in Indiana with the $1,500+$100 buy-in Hollywood Fall Classic at Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg, Indiana from November 20 -21, 2010.
WPT Fall Poker Open Championship schedule:
Day 1A – Friday, Nov. 19 at 11 a.m.
Day 1B – Saturday, Nov. 20 at 11 a.m.
Day 2 – Sunday, Nov. 21 at 11 a.m.
Day 3 – Monday, Nov. 22 at 11 a.m.
Breaks will be every two hours or rounded off, Dinner break after six hours of play.
General Rules:
Players will start with 25,000 in tournament chips.
An Optional $30 Add on for 5,000 units will be offered.
On-Site Registration for this event ends:
Day 1A: Sunday, November 19 at the end of Level
2Day 1B: Sunday, November 20 at the end of Level 2.
Playres can register forDAY 1A or DAY 1B. If a player enters DAY 1A and gets eliminated from the tournament or forfeits his/her chips, the player can re register for DAY 1B
Alternates and late sign-ups for this event will be allowed to enter during the first two (2) Levels.
Levels will last sixty (60) minutes.
Final table levels will be ninety (90) minutes
Fifteen minute break after every two (2) Levels.
Day 1 & Day 2 will end after Level 9.
Day 3 will play until conclusion.
Redraw for seats and tables entering the money line and 10 players or at discretion of Tournament Director.
Tournament Director decisions are final and without recourse.
Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholdings.
Registration fee is non-refundable.
Must be 18 or older to play. Must have a Wild Card to play in the tournament. Players can obtain a “Wild Card” at the Players Club or in the poker room. Must present valid ID in order to be paid.
