The hearing will be held at Riverbank Park Plaza Hotel on the Albert Embankment and will be open to the public. Those wishing to attend the hearings can contact the AGCC for more information.
Back in August, Full Tilt paid £250,000 to the AGCC for overdue license fees - a move that was seen by many as a sign that Full Tilt would be allowed to operate outside of the U.S. Now only time will tell if Full Tilt will re-open with new investors and if they will be allowed to retain their license.
The original hearing was called on June 29th, following the suspension of their operating license due to bank fraud, money laundering and illegal gambling allegations.
