They have something similar. VIP and stellar rewards. Instead of rakeback they give you cash bonuses for making a certain amount of points per year. Play a lot, win more cash. But it's nice because you have all year, not just a month.

They do have monthly benefits though, like making points faster and such. They also have a pretty cool point store, with playstations, ipads, etc.
