I took 5$ and sat at a .10/.25 shallow table to try a shortstacking strategy. Basically i was looking to shove any rundown hands, big KKAx, and flat call with double suited handa.
It worked well when i had position. I managed to run 5 up to 22. But i failed to adjust my strategy and ended up losing it when i didnt adjust my preflip calling range.
A shortstack strategy can definitely work but you need patience and a fairly loose table.

Yes p-fan I am with you there, that is exactly what I would have done.
At those tables 5 is the min and 10 is the max.
Should I have left? Maybe. I'm more interested to see if I can run 5 into 100 at the same table.

I played last night and took a beating. I had a full Buyin on 3 tables, all 3 tables on the flip I had big draws, anywhere from a flip to a 60% favorite. I bricked every draw on all 3 tables within 2 hands and lost 3 buyins. Not awesome.
