100PLO Shallow: How to be awesome

First off, title is a joke, I'm really not that conceited.

Thought process: guy on my left (cafecompany) had lost a big pot ($160?) a few hands ago and had potted every hand pf since. I figured I would limp, let him do his standard pot bet, and then when it got back to me just re pot the hell out of it and collect on dead money or get it in. The min raise was sorta blah, better than a call but still only allowed me to repot to $12. He snap folded which sorta sucked, and then I got called, re raised all in for $2 more (couldn't reraise which uber sucked) and then called to a 4 way pot. TBH I was pleased for the most part with the flop...if someone had kk then yeah that sucks, figured 44/22 wasnt there, and it was a rainbow board so all the better. Plus, the pot was $60 and I had about $11 behind. Also, i had backdoors for 2 a high flushes

Well, it hasn't really gotten any worse, but just sorta stayed the same. I lost to a lot of 5 outers in rush and decided to grind out some plo and it went ok. Keep telling myself the standard line of "i never hit 5 outers because i never put myself in positions where i need to hit 5 outers", plus a combo of the "winning play in the long run" line to help relax me haha.

hows life on the felt been for you?

LOL. Honestly though, NH. Glad it held up in a multi-way pot. Honestly though, with kind of a shortstack to begin with it's probably worth the risk of letting more ppl in w/AAxx to try and scoop a big pot.
