Healthy to quit poker for a month?

Yea i agree cuz everytime i get on the computer i play poker lol even while im on these forums im 99% of the time playing poker lol.

From the pros; when you can't win at the limits you are playing, go down in stakes till you're CONSISTENTLY profitable again. Then, play where you were and see if the results aren't better for you.
