Healthy to quit poker for a month?

I think I may take all of March off. No poker, not even freerolls.

I played a lot this month and I got stressed out.

Could be a good thing, but its not gonna be easy taking the entire month off.

I probably won't take the month off, but will definitely play less volume. Been playing well, running bad, and it's gonna get busy in march / april with finals so I probably won't even get iron man

GL with the month off, hopefully you regroup and recharge and when you come back all the run bad will be gone

I'd like to say it can't get worse, but it really can

So far its healthier. Took one stab at it on March 1 and got killed. Since then, no play.

I'm getting a lot more sleep, exercising instead if playing poker, and I am a lot less life tilted because of it.

I was getting beat up so bad I shoulda called the cops.

on my lynch break I played rush poker mobile, got beat by quads on the river twice for stacks and I had a straight with flush redraws both times. So no, I hate poker.

I do not think I could give it up for a month straight. Maybe 3 days at most.

I feel like I can't win a pot, makes it easy to step back.
