Igår presenterade Dagens Industri uppgifter om att svenska pokerproffet Isildur 1, Viktor Blom från Dals Ed, riskerar en skattesmäll på uppemot en miljard kronor.

Skatteverkets regler säger alltså att svenska pokerproffs som spelar inom EU- eller EES-regionen inte behöver skatta för vinsterna. Spelar man utanför dessa områden/regioner gäller 30 procents skatt.

En rad uppgifter gör gällande att Isildur har spelat via något som kallas Fulltiltpoker.

Enligt Dag Hardyson är Fulltiltpoker något som rent rättsligt betraktas som om det ligger utanför EU-/EES-området. Detta trots att spelsajten först har haft sitt säte på Auruba i Västindien, som tillhör Nederländerna, och numera körs via Alderney, som tillhör britterna.
