I'm going to a charity gala tonight. It's an annual event that raises money for a great cause.
Each year some of the best restaurants in DC come and donate food.
Last year I ate kobe beef sliders, sushi, mussels, etc and got drunk on free New Castle Beer.
My wife said this year I can't be a pig and get drunk. I guess that means I have to eat and drink out of her sight.
Operation Fatso is a go.

Had a great time last night. Had sliders, sloppy joes (if it's possible, they were high end sloppy joes), white russian milkshakes, etc.
Probably had too much fun. But not as much as the jerk who, as a joke, got into a bidding war with another guy over a week long vacation at a resort in Colorado. The drunk guy bid $5k, then after he won the auction said he was joking.
I think I know his excuse.
