I got lazy and dropped 4 pounds of what I usually weigh in the morning... started it back up again though and got the protein shakessss. its weird, i usually fluctuate between 6 pounds of what I weigh in the morning / night time
When I went to Hawaii on vacation for about 2 weeks I didn't really have a chance to lift weights because I didn't have access to a gym. Also, it's vacation, in Hawaii.
Then when I got back home I got the flu and then a cold. I just lifted weights today for the first time in over a month and it was pathetic.
I weighed myself and I've lost 8 pounds. Not awesome.
I'm determined to get back at it and in about 3-4 weeks I should be fully back.
