Floyd Mayweather knocks out Victor Ortiz

The brash young 147 pound WBC belt holder got knocked out at 2:59 in the 4th round.

The end was controversial as it looked like Ortiz purposely headbutted Mayweather. The ref got them in the center, Ortiz hugged Mayweather to apologize and kissed him on the cheek. The ref signaled time in, Mayweather hit him with a left, then right and knocked him out.

The dispute here is that Mayweather supposedly fought dirty.

The person who really messed up was the ref, what an imbecile. He should have had both fighter go back to their corners. Not stand in the middle of the ring.

By no means did Mayweather do anything wrong. Its on the ref and Ortiz both. He should of sent them to the corner but instead he brought them to the middle and signaled for them to fight and Ortiz tried to apologize again and Mayweather took advantage of it. I read on Yahoo that if Pacquiao wins his next fight against Juan Manuel Marquez who is an aging fighter who he already fought twice and beat once and had a no decision that he will submit to any tests that Mayweather wants. So maybe Pacman is cleaning up now that he will agree to any tests unless that report was false. He wanted like a 17 day window last time to take the test which was very suspicious to me but he claimed he was superstitious and didnt want to give blood close to the fight because it would make him weaker. So if this report is true then he either is cleaning up or he just isnt superstitious no more lmao.

In the words of Mark Jackson, a basketball announcer, "hands down man down"

I have no sympathy for Ortiz. He is a PROFESSIONAL FIGHTER.

Exactly, its like Mayweather said when the fight was over "its a fight, you gotta protect yourself at all times". So are you a Mayweather fan? I know he is a Michigan boy.
